San Rafael Parents Take Note of the change:
All Elementary Schools are required a minimum of 6 hours and 36 minutes of daily instructional time. Arrive at school 7:30 - First Bell at 7:50 AM Tardy if after 8:05 AM Dismissal Bell is 2:56 PM Breakfast is served at school.
Reminder if a Delay Start Breakfast is not served.
